Welcome to CATCH

The CATCH Clinic was founded in 2002 as a collaborative partnership of leading certified relationship and behavioral professionals who coach and support families challenged with autism spectrum disorders.  We are based in Redwood City, California and currently serve families throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and in Southeast Asia. Leaders in the field, our professional consultants bring over 25 years of combined experience and training credentials.

Through the application of the Relationship Development Intervention^® (RDI)^® Protocol, parents are taught how to re-establish the natural guide-participant relationship with their child and begin developing the child’s intellectual capacity for flexible thinking, problem solving and perspective taking.   These skills, collectively coined ‘Dynamic Intelligence’ are what make it possible for us to attain those things that we typically use to define a quality of life, including independent living, rewarding employment, reciprocal family relationships and prolonged romantic relationships.

The CATCH Clinic is lead by a husband and wife team of experienced ASD consultants who bring a unique and balanced perspective to the therapeutic process.   Our approach to ASD is to not just treat the affected child, but to design individualized remediation programs for the whole family.  Through the RDI program, you will learn how to lessen associated deficits and family distress, and to increase quality of life and functional independence, normalizing family life to a point where everyone’s needs are met and autism is no longer the primary focus.  Call us to learn more about how our individualized programs work, and see if RDI® is a good fit for you and your family.
